Understanding client requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the client requirement

  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Interview, Offer, Negotiation and Close candidates for assigned requisitions
  • Sourcing from Job Portals. Making job postings on the Job Portal
  • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of Submittals into interview and placement
  • Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
  • Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
  • Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned clients.
  • Interacting with the hiring managers to understand the Job Requirements as well as take help of Search Portals and candidates to understand specifications.
  • Applied sourcing methods to find the right candidates by leveraging different tools like internal database, job portals (Naukri, Monster), networking sites like LinkedIn and internal referrals.
  • Screening the profiles suitable for the Client's requirement based on the salary offered and experiences in the industry, skills and assignments to be handled.
  • Short-listing resumes based on the requirements.
  • Gathering information about candidates (Work experience, present and expected compensation, location/relocation information, work authorization status, Notice Period, availability for the interview, and motivation factors, etc.).
  • Conducting preliminary round of interviews of candidates before sending their profile to the client by telephonic round of interview.
  • Interacting with clients to get the interview schedule for short-listed candidates and making sure that candidate should not be a 'No-Show' by constant follow-up.
  • Collects feedback from interviewers and informing the candidates on the same.
  • Scheduling the interviews & arranging for Walk-in drives
  • Handled initial rounds (Aptitude Test) of interview & the final round of HR interview.
  • Good team player and skilled at multi-tasking

  • Build and execute social media recruitment strategy through research and bench-marking.
  • Development of strategic sourcing plans to attract new talent for prospective openings
  • Posting of open positions on various targeted sites
  • Monitoring of emerging social media opportunities, new developments in recruitment, and job board presence to ensure the Firm’s active engagement in the market
  • Utilization of social media efforts, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, to actively source and establish communication with candidates and help drive traffic to our career site
  • Build a dynamic database of candidates at all levels through continuous research and networking on social media channels.
